How does scheduling work?

You can sign up online for an appointment time that works best for you. Our availability is updated in real time so open slots may get taken by other clients. We usually have available slots within the next 24-48 hours. Payment is due upon booking.

What program will we use to meet online?

Users can select between Zoom or Microsoft Teams for all meetings. Both platforms give us the ability to see and hear one another, share screens (if we need to), and even allows us to control your computer remotely if you’d like us to. Both platforms are robust options that we’ve been using for years without any issues.

Will I still be charged the full hourly rate if we finish in less than an hour?

Yes. It’s simply too challenging to keep track of credit and apply it to future meetings. Payment (for one-hour time slots) is due upon booking. If we happen to answer all of your questions in less than an hour (which can sometimes happen!) we will answer any additional photography or workflow questions, and if you don't have any, we will conclude the meeting. Please come ready with as many questions as you can so we can ensure we fill our time together.

I live in Missoula. Can you come to my house?

If you are local to Missoula, Montana, we occasionally are able to make "house calls" in order to provide quality workflow solutions even on your desktop computer. Be sure to request the “In-Person Meeting” option when scheduling your meeting. If a house call is not possible for any reason, we will work with you remotely via Zoom or Microsoft Teams and remote computer operation, as it is our standard mode of operation.

Can you help me on a regular, ongoing basis?

Heck yes! We love working with the same people for extended durations. We keep detailed notes of each meeting, which makes it easy for us to pick right back up where we left off. Just book an additional meeting whenever you’d like to meet again.
